Join us on SUP (Stand Up Paddeling)! We paddle down the river Eggedøla and into the Solevatn nature reserve. When moving in this protected area, it is easy to forget the challenges of everyday life. Here we paddle through an idyllic forest area, where the sounds of birds and running water give us tranquility.
Paddle boarding is easy and suitable for most people. We use relatively wide boards, and there are few who end up in the water involuntarily. Nevertheless, we do have a rule that all participants must be able to swim. Included in the price are board, oar, dry suit, flotation vest, guide and return transport. You participate in a small group, which gives you close follow-up from our guide.
Wearing wool underneath and dry suit, this is a perfect outdoor relax experience also in spring and autumn. When weather is cool everyone must meet with the following clothing: Wool- / synthetic long underwear, socks and sneakers (your shoes will get wet). We have dry suits for age 13 and up.
In summer, when weather and water is nice and warmer, this activity is suitable for age 10 and up. When you are unsure about how to dress or if the activity is suitable for you, feel free to contact us.
