At Norefjell Ski & Spa we offer an easy and entertaining family snowshoe hike. We walk in easy hilly forrest terrain. Here we search for the tracks of the animals that live in the mountains in winter. The trip ends with a campfire and hot drink.
Join us for an easy walk on snowy woodland terrain. We move among the trees and track down the various animals staying in the mountains during wintertime. This is an entertaining walk where the guide gives you an insight into how the animals survive in the snowy mountains. We move without a headlamp. In this way we get a stronger impression of the Norwegian winter nights. Sometimes we even get to see the northern lights.
This activity suits familys and if you are looking for an easy entertaining evening activity. Duration 1.5 – 2 hours. Suitable for ages 10 years and up. We provide high quality snowshoes and telescopic poles.
Meeting point outside the Norefjell Ski & Spa hotel reception. Dress up in wool underwear, ski clothing and warm winter shoes. Remember hat and mittens.
